Hey Backers,
After a CRAZY month we are delighted to inform you that all rewards have been shipped! If you have not received your reward, DON’T FREAK OUT : ) ! We just uploaded the last of the tracking numbers into our system tonight which means that those of you who have not gotten a tracking number should receive that within the next 48 hours. Please note that some of your add on’s will ship separately. Ultimately we want to make sure that everyone is taken care of, if you have not received your tracking number by this Thursday, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of.
For those who have not received your rewards or those who are having a hard time getting a response from our customer service …. We owe you all an apology, and we are so sorry! Long story short, since launch we have been short staffed in our customer service department due to some health issues, (including open heart surgery, don’t worry he is back on his feet and gaining strength) that coupled with rolling out international warehousing and fulfillment all in one month, in hopes to give you all faster ship times... Needless to say, in our hopes to speed things up, we slowed them down. 95% of the rewards were shipped as promised, we sincerely apologize to the 5% of you who had to wait almost a month for us to get through this mess. Thank you for those who have been patient with us and for your understanding.
Now that everything has been shipped, we have some exciting new products coming out, watch for an email from us tomorrow morning : )

International shipping update

Hey backers,
Just wanted to give a quick international shipping update. All rewards are being sent from the Netherlands and we have shipped about 70% of the orders. The final 30% should go out by the end of this week. Thank you for your patience. If you do not have a tracking link by this Friday September 14th, first check your junk mail, then if you can’t find it feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we will get you taken care of.
All rewards for North and South America should be delivered by now. If you are in North or South America and still have not received your reward, please email us at [email protected] so that we can get you taken care of.

Shipping update

Hey Backers,
As it is the last day of the month we wanted to send out a quick update. All North and South America rewards have shipped.
If you had us ship to North and South America and still don’t have a tracking number please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
1. Your first and last name
2. Your Backer number
3. Your email address connected with your Kickstarter account.
If you send us all this information we will be able to look up your shipment and get you a tracking link sent asap.
Once you get a tracking link, if it is not showing movement, give it a day or two, then email us and let us know if its showing a fulfillment error.
For the rest of the world, your rewards will start shipping on Monday. Please give us a week our two to get all these orders out. We apologize about the one week delay but the good news is that all international rewards will be shipping from the Netherlands, so you shouldn’t have to wait as long for those to arrive.
We will send out an update once all international rewards have shipped. Please don’t email us for a tracking number before then. Thank you for your patience with us.
