North and South America Shipped! Rest of The World - Please Read This Update

Hey Backers,

Great news for ONLY North and South American backers we should have your rewards shipped out by tomorrow. Please watch for a tracking link from Backerkit to your email address you use for Kickstarter in the next couple days. Please allow 48 hours for these tracking links to update. If you live in North or South America and don’t have a tracking link by the end of this week, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have filled our your survey 

2. Check your junk mail 

3. If you have finished your survey and its not in your junk mail, you can email us at [email protected]

FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD (Everywhere except North and South America) We have not begun shipping these rewards yet and we anticipate about a one week delay before we start shipping these rewards. The reason is that they are held up in customs because of some confusion over paperwork. We have done everything we can to get it cleared. We sent the paperwork on Friday, but we anticipate a 3-5 business day wait time for the paperwork, and another 3-5 business day wait time for it to clear. All rewards should still ship in August as promised, but it might be the last couple days of the month. This is our best guess. We will keep you updated on this progress as it may take longer or move faster than we think. Please wait for this update from us before emailing and asking when we will ship.

Hey Backers,

Today you get a double whammy of good news…

First, your rewards have landed in port and we expect to begin shipping as soon as they arrive at our warehouse in the next week. Shipping will continue for two weeks through August 24th, so keep an eye out for the tracking number that will be sent to your email. Please remember that shipping will not be by backer number or in any particular order. Please have patience with us, we will do our best to get them out as quickly as we can. We will send out another update once all rewards have shipped and you can reach out to us then if you are having trouble tracking your order.

NOMATIC Shipping Update

Hey Backers,  

Great news, we are going to be right on time for our promised delivery of August.

IMPORTANT: If you need to change your address, or make any changes to your rewards, we are going to lock down surveys on August 2nd at 10:00am MDT. To make these changes, follow the instructions below: (otherwise, skip to the next section)  

HOW DO I UPDATE MY REWARDS OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

Please follow these steps to change your address: 

1. Click this Link: https://nomatic.backerkit.com/ 

2. Enter Your Kickstarter email 

3. Once you submit your email through the link above Backerkit will send you an email titled: “Recover your BackerKit account” 

4. Open the email and click on “Follow this Link” 

5. That link will take you to your survey and there you can edit your address or any of your rewards. 

TIMELINE FOR SHIPMENTS AND RECEIVING YOUR REWARDS: 

On August 2nd we will lock down all rewards, which means that additional purchases made through Backerkit will be charged to your credit card on that day. This week is your last chance to change your address and rewards so please make sure to follow the steps above now if you need to make any changes. 

We anticipate that rewards will ship between the 13th and the 24th of August. Shipping will not be by backer number or in any particular order. This is only our best guess. Please have patience with us, we will do our best to get them out as quickly as we can. We will send out another update the first week of August once the product arrives in our warehouse and we have a more exact shipping schedule then. 

All in all, we hope you are as excited as we are to start using these bags. Again, we want to thank you for your support and for believing in the NOMATIC team. We have worked hard to make the best bags we can and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Thanks for believing in us!

Not much to report, but as they say, “No news, is good news”. Our designers just got back from Vietnam and everything is still on schedule to deliver in August as we promised.

Hi Backers,

The Kickstarter campaign is over… So you may be asking - What happens next? How do I give you my shipping address? When will we get our rewards? Can I buy other NOMATIC gear and save on shipping? Etc… We know you have a lot of questions. So, as promised, today we want to go over some FAQ’s and make sure everyone is on the same page:

What happens next? 

Next week, we will be sending out a survey via Backerkit that you must complete in order to receive your reward. You will be sent an email to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account around the middle of next week. The subject line of the email will be: "Response Needed -- Get your reward for The NOMATIC Messenger and Laptop Bags" - So keep an eye out for this email.

What is Backerkit? 

Backerkit is a platform that enables us to gather all your shipping information, rewards, and add-ons to make sure we send you the right stuff to the right place. This is also the time and place for you to get some additional NOMATIC gear at discounted pricing and save on shipping.

When will we get our rewards? 

The current timeline is to begin shipping rewards in August 2018. We will keep you updated as the date gets closer and let you know if that changes, but for now, everything is on track. 

Can I buy other NOMATIC Gear? 

Yes! The Backerkit survey is your last chance to get special pricing on all of our gear and save on shipping. We offer free shipping in the U.S. and discounted international shipping on bags. Discounts range from 20%-50% OFF so if you want gear, now is the time to grab it. Please note, all of the rewards and add-ons will ship together in August. 

My payment failed, can I still get a reward? 

Yes! If your payment failed via Kickstarter, there's still a chance for you to get your same rewards for the Early Bird Kickstarter price. You will still have a survey emailed to you, but it will show that you pledged $0. You will be able to pick whichever reward and add-ons you want, and then pay with a credit card. Some international payment methods (particularly international bank cards) might not work with Backerkit's payment system. So, you may have to use a credit card for the payment to go through.

I want to switch bags, what do I do?

You are able to change your pledge within your Backerkit Survey. Follow the steps below:

• Once you receive your survey, click on the blue hyperlinked tab "Your Pledge Level" on the top of your survey. 
• Next, click on the "Switch Pledge Levels" tab 
• Last select the new reward level that you would like select to modify your pledge. 

Survey Results 

Thanks to the 2,887 people who participated in the survey we sent out last week regarding the triangle pattern. The results are in, and the triangle pattern is going to stay. Less than 50% of those who took the survey selected to remove the print and therefore majority did not rule in this case. So you will all be receiving bags exactly like the ones we have presented here on Kickstarter. However, we appreciate the feedback and will take this into consideration on future designs.
